Way less than the Dealership wanted and it seems to be a genuine Kia part
Ordered 2 x Kia Soul EV remotes. Shipped quickly, I had them programmed by a locksmith, all good. However, one of the 2 key inserts did not latch correctly in the remote FOB. The thing is, this is through that key insert that you secured them with a ring of some sort. So if it does not latch...the chance that you lose this very expensive remote is quite high ! So I had to open the remote, inspect where the interference was and use a dremmel gently on the key to make the tiny latch works as it should. Maybe make sure the key insert provided with the remote latches correctly prior to ship. This is not obvious to realise and not every customer will have the skills to fix it.
