I was very satisfied with my purchase of a new replacement FOB and key for my 2019 Tucson. The price was more than 50% lower than what my dealer would have charged me. And, Very happy to receive it yesterday at promised delivery date and see that it’s a Hyundai OEM FOB complete with official serial #s and stickers (not an aftermarket knockoff) along with the physical key in a separate bag. I’ve scheduled an appointment with local dealer who will program it for me and also do the laser cut of key. All for only about $70.00!
After you sent me a defective product, you deducted shipping cost from the refund, it's not enough that I had to pay for shipping it back? What happened to your promise of a 100 percent warranty?
