One Replacement Emergency Insert Key blank for MAZDA smart remotes card style with chip - brand new, aftermarket. Same as Mazda Part Numbers: D4Y1-76-2GXA, D461-58-2GXA. It will fit Mazda Smart remotes with FCC ID: BGBX1T458SKE11A01. Since this key has a chip inside, it requires both: cutting and programming by your Mazda dealer or local automotive locksmith (you can look it up here: Locksmith Search ). Remote is NOT included with a purchase. This keys fits the following remotes for vehicles:
