One Ford Smart Remote Emergency Insert Key blade - brand new, aftermarket. Same as OEM Ford Part Number: 164-R8041 , 164R8041 and Strattec Part Number: 5912345. It fits Ford remotes PN: 164-R8092 and 164-R7995. It is just an emergency key used to open the door. It will not start the car. This key blank will require cutting to fit your vehicle.
